Air press unit that adjusts the load of the test fixture using air pressure.
The rotation of the jig during grinding significantly affects the uniformity of the finish, so the jig is forcibly rotated from the outside. Additionally, the rotation speed is variable, and the rotation direction can be selected (forced drive unit FAR-200). Simultaneously with the forced rotation of the jig, it is swung parallel to the surface of the reference plate to ensure uniformity of the finished surface and to suppress the deterioration of the flatness of the reference plate (forced drive and swinging unit).
